Kelley,
Some time ago you sent me a lead for placement at a collaborative based company out of Burlington. When I received that lead I had every confidence that I had the skills necessary to complete the tasks as outlined....so I applied.....I have met with several VP's, an account manager, the director of support and finished up with a luncheon with the account manager.

Last night I received a call from one of the VP's asking that I return the call....in doing so I was offered a position of technical account manager in which I will be managing several of the organizations clients from a technological perspective. It has been a long 9 months being out of work.....I've felt like I've been on a countless............... number of interviews, for a countless number of companies.....only to walk away frustrated......nevertheless 5 interviews and one luncheon later I have finally been able to secure my employment status, all in all I'm writing just to thank you for all of your assistance in my finding employment.

Steve is an awesome teacher. I mean this guy really knows his stuff. Listening to him speak about any subject and you can tell he knows it inside and out. So far he and Eric are what I want to kind of template myself after informationally. Their knowledge of what they teach just seems limitless to me. I love this networking stuff. I can't get enough of it. My house is a spider web of PC's, Laptops and Cat 5 cabling linking them together. I have to say, I am sooo glad I signed up with you, so far educationally, it's been the best decision I have made yet.

I really enjoyed the class and the instructor Linda Tedeschi. I would really like to request her for the other powerpoint class I am taking on April 23 in Boston (Powerpoint 2). Hi Michael,

I talked to Sue R. in our MIS division this morning. She said the training went very well. She and the others particularly liked Keith's presentation style.... "Let's break it and then fix it" approach. It steered away the canned, vanilla presentation where everything goes right and you think you know how to use the software until a problem rears its ugly head. They are eagerly anticipating Day 2.

I know that this is over due, but this is the first chance I had. First of all I would like to thank you for everything that you have done for me. You have been so professional and accommodating in every way. You have always been available to meet with me and to provide me with the necessary information that I requested so I could make decisions in my training. Thank you.

I would also like to thank everyone that I have met at New Horizons. My last six weeks have been a very positive experience. Everyone has been so professional. In my six weeks of training I have not had one computer problem nor have I heard of anyone that had a problem. The people at the front desk are the first people I meet and they set the tone for the start of my day, which has been very positive. They are also the last people I see when I go home, and they are still smiling. And as for the Instructors, they are top notch.

It may seem that I am hamming it up, but this is how I feel. I would not think twice about training at New Horizons and I would recommend you to anyone who wanted to know of a good training center.

I imagine that in your position, you likely receive mostly negative feedback, so I thought you might appreciate this more positive note.

As you are probably aware, many of us in the DET program have been quite concerned about the loss of Bruce Jaranian and the implications that holds for our career transitions.

Given this, I wanted to let you know directly that I have been very impressed with Kelley White's work in this particular area. Since she has become more involved in this function, Kelly has proactively sent relevant materials, regularly updated the job board, responded in a timely and communicative manner to job inquiries, and actively advocated for me with partner employers.
