Application and Business Skills Courses.
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification provides a valid and
reliable measure of technical proficiency and expertise by evaluating
your overall comprehension of Office programs, your ability to use their
advanced features, and your ability to integrate the Office programs with
other software programs. Some associated job titles include: Customer
Service Representative, Office Assistant, Executive Assistant, Receptionist
and Staff Support.
