Refunds & Cancellations
For application classes, New Horizons requires notification of five (5) business days prior to class date for a full refund; notification less than five (5) days will result in full payment. For technical training classes, room rentals, onsite training, and dedicated classes, there will be no cancellation charge for classes cancelled ten (10) or more business days prior to the scheduled training date. Class cancellations less than ten (10) business days, but more than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled training date, will be charged 50% of the class price. Class cancellations made five (5) business days or less of the scheduled training date will be charged 100% of the class price. If you are a PC or Internet Club Member, you will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel late. If you are a Technical Training or MCSD Club Member, you will be assessed a $200 cancellation fee. Coupon holders will be billed the retail price for the course, or may redeem sufficient coupons for the balance. No refunds will be provided for any Cisco® classes cancelled less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled training date. New Horizons Computer Learning Center is committed to providing
